Terms & Conditions

New clients who are booking to have a 'hands-on' treatment such as Reflexology or Indian Head Massage are required to have a full consultation prior to treatment commencing.  We would always advise clients to call, prior to booking to discuss any concerns or if they have serious medical conditions such as Cancer, Heart issues, High/Low Blood Pressure, serious skin conditions etc. 

Clients who have medical conditions, including those detailed above may still be able to enjoy treatments.  Our qualified, and trained therapist will advise clients either on their introductory call or during consultation which treatments are suitable and which can be tailored to the individual.   Please note, the therapist may request written consent from either the client and/or their GP before allowing treatment to be had. 

By signing the consultation form, clients are declaring that the information given is true and correct and that, they are, as far as they aware agreeing to undertake treatment with Holistic Creations without any adverse effects.  They have been fully informed about contra-indications and are willing, therefore, to proceed.  Clients are signing to acknowledge that Reflexology and Indian Head Massage are not substitutes for medical advice and/or treatment.

 

Holistic Creations create, make and sell handmade craft products, gifts and stationary as well as provide Wellbeing Services such as Coaching and Therapies. (See services & Products)  

On occasion we may have to change suppliers, which could lead to variations in colours and materials.  When creating anything by hand, there is a chance these may look slightly different to the pictures used.  Please note we will endeavour to provide a close likeness to what you have chosen. 

We offer personalisation for items such as mugs, bags and cards.  This is subject to availability, there may be some designs or pictures we cannot provide due to technical issues, or items that are brand protected.   

Once your order has been received, a confirmation receipt will be sent along with a payment link to either your email or phone, advising you of any additional postage and packaging costs if not already stated.  

On receipt of payment we aim to have your order ready for despatch within 5-7 working days.

For Services, i.e. Coaching once your order is received we will be in touch to arrange a suitable date and time to contact you.  Following the call and all being well, a payment link will be sent.

Services such as Coaching, Drawing & Talking and Therapies are subject to our Client Agreement Contract being signed. 

Payment for all products and services are to be made in advance and booking timescales are not in place until this time.

Cancellations & Refunds 

If you are unhappy with the item you have received, or there is an issue we kindly ask you to contact us immediately, and within 48 hours of receipt, providing as much detail as possible including photographic evidence.

Once received we will be in touch to discuss how your concerns can be resolved.  Where a product is faulty or not fit for purpose, due to poor workmanship or incorrect fulfilment, we will discuss exchanging or refunding on an individual basis.

For services; cancellations, amendments and changes will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Only in exceptional circumstances shall Holistic Creations consider changes after this time.
